Born in 1964, from Yamaguchi Prefecture / Graduated from Yamaguchi University School of Medicine in 1990, then worked at the Special Emergency Department, Osaka University Hospital / Worked at Sannanwa Memorial Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery in 1991 / Worked at Osaka Neurosurgery Hospital (Foundation) in 1993 / Co-founded the "Society for Considering 21st Century Medicine and Medical Care" with several fellow physicians in 1995 (became an NPO in 2003) / Established "e-Clinic (http://www.e-clinic21.or.jp/)", an online support system for cancer patients, as one of the activities of the "Society for Considering 21st Century Medicine and Medical Care" in 2001 / Opened Umikaze Clinic in Chikkōchō, Shūnan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2003 / Opened "Trèfle Plus", a comprehensive preventive medicine facility in Umezonochō, Shūnan City in 2011 (Umikaze Clinic relocated within the facility) / Established the Health Meister Association (General Incorporated Association) and assumed the position of Representative Director in 2021
